1. Our Commitment

Camfanatics has a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) in any form. We are committed to preventing our platform from being used to facilitate these crimes.

2. What Is Trafficking & CSEA

  • Sex Trafficking: The use of force, fraud, or coercion to compel commercial sex acts.
  • Labour Trafficking: The use of force, fraud, or coercion to compel labour or services.
  • CSAM/CSEA: Sexual exploitation or abuse of children, including the creation, distribution, or possession of child sexual abuse material.

These crimes are prohibited under FOSTA-SESTA (Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act, 18 U.S.C. § 2421A) and other federal and international laws.

3. Our Measures

  • Content Policies: Our Acceptable Use Policy explicitly prohibits trafficking-related content, CSAM, non-consensual content, and content that facilitates exploitation.
  • Automatic & Human Review: We review reports and flagged content automatically and through manual review by trained moderation staff.
  • Zero-Tolerance Removal & Reporting: We remove CSAM immediately and report all such content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at cybertipline.org and law enforcement.
  • Opt-Out & Takedown Process: Individuals can request removal of their profile or content via our removal request form.
  • Planned Identity & Age Verification: Creators who claim profiles will be required to complete identity and age verification to prevent impersonation and trafficking.
  • Card-Network Alignment: We comply with Visa and Mastercard anti-trafficking requirements, including robust content policies and reporting procedures.

4. FOSTA-SESTA Alignment

Camfanatics operates in compliance with the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act (FOSTA-SESTA). We do not knowingly facilitate sex trafficking and actively work to identify and remove such content. We have implemented the measures outlined in this statement to reduce and eliminate trafficking on our platform, and we cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in investigations.
