Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

The Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines what is and is not permitted on Camfanatics. It governs both on-platform conduct and content surfaced via our creator discovery directory. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

2. Strictly Prohibited — Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Camfanatics:

• Sexual content involving minors or minor-coded persons — zero tolerance. All such content is removed immediately and reported to NCMEC (cybertipline.org) and law enforcement.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), also known as "revenge porn".
• Non-consensual deepfakes or synthetic sexual content (AI-generated or otherwise) that depicts a real or realistic person without their consent.
• Content depicting, promoting, or facilitating sex trafficking, coercion, or exploitation.
• Doxxing or disclosing another person's private information without consent.
• Impersonation of any real person, brand, or organisation.
• Fraud, scams, deceptive practices, or misleading representations.

3. Strictly Prohibited — Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Camfanatics:

• Harassment, threats, abuse, or stalking of any user or creator.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or artificially inflating engagement metrics.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
• Distributing malware, phishing links, or other harmful code.
• Illegal goods, services, or activities.
• Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI tools on Camfanatics (Camdeep) refuse to generate: sexual content involving minors or minor-coded persons; non-consensual content; content that facilitates coercion, exploitation, or trafficking; content designed to harass, doxx, impersonate, or defraud.

5. Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in: content removal; account warning; temporary suspension; permanent ban; and/or reporting to NCMEC, card networks, or law enforcement as appropriate.

6. Reporting

If you encounter content or conduct that violates this policy, please report it to us. If you would like to request removal of your own profile or content, please use our removal request form.
