18 U.S.C. § 2257 Records Statement

In compliance with the Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act and 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and the regulations promulgated thereunder, the operator of Camfanatics (https://camfanatics.com) provides the following statement.
1. Camfanatics is not a producer of the content it references
Camfanatics is a creator-discovery directory and link-aggregation service. Camfanatics does not produce, create, film, photograph, upload, or host the primary sexually explicit visual content referenced on or accessible through this website. Camfanatics is not a “producer” — primary or secondary — of such content as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
2. Content originates from third-party platforms
Visual depictions referenced on, linked from, or embedded by this website originate from and are hosted by independent third-party adult platforms operated by their respective owners. The producers of that content — the third-party platforms and/or the independent performers who created it — are responsible for creating and maintaining the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A. 3. All depicted persons are adults
The third-party platforms from which referenced content originates represent and warrant that every individual appearing in such content was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the content was created, and that they maintain age-verification records in accordance with applicable law.
4. Content uploaded directly to Camfanatics
Certain content may be uploaded directly to Camfanatics by a creator after that creator has claimed their profile and completed identity and age verification. For any such directly-uploaded content, the uploading creator is the producer and represents and warrants that every person depicted was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of creation. The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for such content are maintained by the Custodian of Records identified below.
5. Zero tolerance for content involving minors
Camfanatics maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material and any content involving, or appearing to involve, a minor. Suspected material is removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to appropriate authorities.
